CRIMINAL LAW

Nigel is a highly experienced advocate having been called to the Bar in 1983. He prosecutes and defends criminal cases at all levels, specialising in defending road traffic offences including dangerous driving, excess alcohol, speeding, unsafe/overloaded vehicles and tachograph offences. He also has extensive experience in dealing with confiscated vehicles.

ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

Nigel undertakes work involving environmental prosecutions including fly-tipping, environmental health and trading standards cases.

CIVIL LAW

Nigel’s practice also includes advising and representing clients on housing matters, personal injury and breach of contract. He has particular knowledge of technical matters involving engineering disputes.

Mr Beeson also accepts instructions in relation to coroners inquests.
