Steven Levine

Steven was called to the Bar in 1989 by Lincoln’s Inn having gained his Masters in Law in London. He has a mixed common law practice.

CRIMINAL LAW

Steven specialises in Criminal Defence, and accepts instructions at all levels, including on the most serious of offences.

In recent months, Steven has been instructed to defend clients in cases involving fraud, supply of Class A drugs, harassment of a sitting MP, and possession of offensive weaponry.

Mr Levine also has experience representing clients accused of sexual offences, including but not limited to the distribution of indecent images, sexual assault, and rape including cases involving historic allegations.

He also has extensive experience in defending motoring law cases including drink and drug driving, as well as cases involving serious injury by dangerous driving.

CIVIL LAW

Steven undertakes all PI/RTA work including trials, disposal hearings and applications.  He accepts instructions on injunctions, contract law, company law, landlord and tenant, trust law, commercial work, insolvency, bankruptcy, debt, winding up petitions and charging orders.

IMMIGRATION

Steven accepts instructions to advise and represent clients at all levels on immigration matters.

FAMILY LAW

Steven undertakes all accepts of family law matters involving children, injunctions and finance.
