Neil Addison
A former Senior Crown prosecutor, Neil is an experienced advocate in both criminal and civil cases.
He has appeared in all levels of court and tribunals.
HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION LAW
Mr Addison is well known and respected for his extensive knowledge on the subjects of harassment, stalking, discrimination, and workplace bullying law. He is the author of text books on harassment and discrimination law and has lectured on the subject. He pioneered the use of the Protection from Harassment Act in workplace bullying and stress cases and represents both claimants and defendants.
He is also a part time lecturer at Liverpool Hope University where he lectures on human rights, judicial review and legal method.
