New Bailey Chambers has and will continue to remain open for business during the pandemic. We are operating a mixed working pattern for staff, and barristers continue to be instructed for cases ‘in person’ and remotely.

We are able to offer a wide variety of solutions to conduct cases remotely, such as MS teams, skype and telephone communications as well as Covid secure face to face meetings.

We continue to follow public health guidance as well as guidance from the Courts and our regulators.

Our primary aim is to continue to operate whilst maintaining the safety of our staff, members and our clients.
